SUNDAY
ROAD

Miles: 32 miles / 40 miles (additional loop)
Meeting Spot: RNR, Mission Viejo
Description: This is a road ride that meets every Sunday morning. The pace is fast. The group consists of intermediate to experienced riders. Group size may vary from 8 to 20 or more riders depending on the season and the weather. The ride rolls through Irvine and make its way to Santiago Canyon up Jamboree. The pack regroups at the top of Dump hill on Santiago Canyon and rolls through the canyon back to Rock N' Road Cyclery. Additional loop for longer miles may be added through Live Oak Canyon.
ROAD

Bike: Road
Length: Approx. 27-30 miles/ 2 hours
Meeting Spot: RNR, Laguna Niguel
Description: This ride heads down to San Clemente and back. Normal route is La Paz to LN Regional Park, through park to Crown Valley, left on Camino Del Avion, right on Niguel, left on PCH, right into Dana Point Harbor, out to PCH, turn around at San Clemente train station area. PCH to Camino Capistrano, to Stonehill or Camino Del Avion, right on Niguel, through the park or up to Alicia and then back to the shop. It is an intermediate, no drop ride. WEDNESDAY
MOUNTAIN (Singlespeed)
Time: 7:45p.m. (lights necessary)
Bike: Mountain: (singlespeed but those with gears can join, too)
Length: 15 Miles
Meeting Spot: Call Eric Parks
Description: This is an advanced urban singlespeed loop around Mission Viejo. The group is friendly but the pace is quick and there aren’t stops (will slow for regroups). There are 2 sprint points on the lap- 1 flat and one at the top of Glen Ranch Road.

THURSDAY
ROAD
Time: Thursday/5:00 p.m.

Miles: 32 miles
Meeting Spot: Rock N' Road Cyclery, Mission Viejo
Description: Thursday night is a fast road ride thru Santiago Canyon. We leave at 5:00pm sharp, warm up together to the top of Modjeska and then it's on, with 'King of the Hill' at the top of dump and at the top of Bake. This ride is basically the Sunday shop ride but backwards.

Ride Description: Santiago Oaks/Peters Canyon loop. All levels welcome. No one will be left behind.

FRIDAY
MOUNTAIN
Time: Friday/ 7:30 a.m.
Bike: Mountain
Length: 6-8 miles, returns to RNR MV by 8:45
Meeting Spot: Rock N Road Mission Viejo
Description: The ride leaves from Mission Viejo and heads over to the El Toro Bike Trail. Then, the group heads off road on the trails behind the Oakley building. There is limited climbing and ride is mostly fireroad with some singletrack. The pace is moderate but beginners are welcome. This ride will most likely head back toward Whiting Ranch Park once it reopens.

Length: 40-70 miles, 2-5 hours

Ride Description: This is an intermediate ride. Routes vary on a weekly basis. Call the shop on Saturday for details.

Saturday Road (Diva Ride)
Time: Last Saturday of Every Month, 8:00 a.m.
Bike: Road
Length: 30-40 miles
Meeting Spot: TBA, Call Crystal at Laguna Niguel
Ride Description: This is a women’s Ride! The Divas will leave from different shops each month. All levels are welcome. Details of the ride will be sent to the diva group or those interested can call Crystal at RNR Laguna Niguel. For more information on the Diva group contact crystal@rocknroadcyclery.net.

Description: This ride heads from the shop on the road over to Aliso Woods Park. It is an intermediate ride though the trails of Aliso Woods Regional Park on varied terrain.
