Specialized Slaughter Control 2Bliss Ready Tire (29-inch)

Specialized's Slaughter provides riders with a tire that rolls fast in a straight line and still bites hard for confident cornering. A low-profile center tread ensures low-rolling resistance and secure braking, while tall side knobs provide the grip needed for cornering traction. And, it's 2Bliss Ready so you can run lower tire pressures, yet laugh in the face of pinch flats. Paired with an aggressive front tire, the Slaughter makes an excellent rear tire.

    Comments:

Tire came on rear of new 2016 Specialized Enduro. Works very well on all trails however trails that are fast but rocky "like Coldwater, Alabama" will destroy this tire in one or two rides. My front tire has no sidewall cuts or damage at all. Front tire is a Specialized Butcher Control. I really like the tires but can't afford to replace the rear tire every time I take an epic ride! I would recommend this tire if you don't bomb down hills or ride where there aren't sharp rocks.
