Bikes 4 Boobs Barbells for Boobs Mammograms in Action

BIKES FOR BOOBS is an extension of BARBELLS FOR BOOBS ®, a 501(c)3 non-profit breast cancer organization, which enables and empowers the cycling community to train and race on behalf of the breast cancer cause. Our mission is to provide funding through the MAMMOGRAMS IN ACTION ® GRANT PROGRAM for qualified low-income men and women who need screening and/or diagnostic procedures in the prevention of breast cancer.

Barbells for Boobs is not a treatment provider and therefore does not assist in the funding for treatment in the case of malignant diagnosis.

BIKES FOR BOOBS was established in 2011 and welcomes riders of all levels and abilities. BIKES FOR BOOBS is run by the athletes and is truly a synergistic environment, which grooms its athletes resulting in extensive exposure and positive support from a diverse team. All of the BIKES FOR BOOBS athletes serve as a proactive voice in the fight against breast cancer and help to drive awareness and critical fundraising efforts for the Mammograms In Action ® Grant Program.

Our Vision: to raise awareness of the incidence of breast cancer under the age of 40, and provide resources to those that typically would not have access to screening and diagnostic procedures for preventative purposes.

Our Commitment: to be a proactive voice in early detection, promote self-checks and regular check-ups with health care professionals and provide straightforward access to services for any man or women, regardless of age.

Our Goal: to provide funding to breast centers globally through our Mammograms In Action ® Grant Program as a “last resort” resource for thousands of people who do not qualify for government funding or other charitable resources. Funding for screenings and diagnostic procedures is not only a necessity, but really does SAVE LIVES.
